Chief Financial Officer

Seeking an experienced Economist / CPA / Finance Manager to lead multiple small businesses as a part-time CFO.

Hands-on role combining FP&A, financial strategy, and business advisory with real impact on performance and cash flow.

5–7+ years' senior financial experience required.

About the Role

You will act as an outsourced CFO for multiple small businesses simultaneously (2–25M NIS annual ).

Working closely with business owners and CEOs, you’ll help them gain clarity, control, and confidence in their financial decision-making.

The role includes analyzing financial performance, building practical action plans, improving financial systems and processes, and ensuring recommendations are actually implemented.

This is a portfolio-based CFO role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on financial leadership across several companies .

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute financial strategy aligned with each company’s goals

• Lead FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Manage cash flow and working capital

• Deliver clear management reports and forecasts

• Advise leadership on risk, investments, and capital structure

• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements

• Work with banks, accountants, auditors, and external advisors

• Ensure compliance with Israeli tax, corporate, and reporting regulations

• Act as a true business partner to CEOs and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years in CFO / Finance Manager / senior financial roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

• Strong hands-on experience in FP&A, cash flow management, and financial reporting

• Proven ability to build and improve financial systems, processes, and controls

• Strategic, business-minded thinker with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-financial leaders

• Strong self-management and ability to handle multiple companies in parallel
• Hands-on approach with strong Excel / Google Sheets skills is required.

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English

• Deep familiarity with Israeli financial and tax regulations

• Knowledge of international accounting standards – an advantage
• Ability to commit to minimum 1 year
