System Analyst – Business Information Systems (ERP / CRM)

Africa Israel Residences is looking for a hands-on System Analyst to join the Information Systems team.

This is a practical, business-oriented role focused on implementation, system configuration, and end-to-end ownership of business applications.

Not an infrastructure role. Not IT support. Not a development position.

• Implement and configure business information systems (ERP / CRM)
• Own systems end-to-end: configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with business users to understand processes and translate needs into system solutions
• Lead system changes and new process implementations from requirement to production
• Support users at the application level (not hardware / infrastructure)
• Work directly with software vendors and external providers
• Deliver user training and support successful adoption of systems

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Information Systems / Business Applications
• (implementation, system analysis, application support, or similar roles)
• Proven experience working with business processes (finance, sales, operations, etc.)
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Strong communication and service-oriented mindset
• Relevant education in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience

• Experience with SAP Business One and/or Salesforce
• (experience is a plus – willingness to work with these systems is required)
• Experience working with external vendors and software providers
• Experience in user training and system rollouts

• This role is not IT infrastructure / system administration
• This role is not Helpdesk or Tier 1 support
• This role is hands-on implementation and business system ownership

• Full-time position
• On-site at company offices in Or Yehuda
• Part of a team of 4, reporting to the Head of Information Systems
• Salary range: around 18,000 ILS gross, depending on experience and fit
