Bookkeeper

A Global, profitable, leading tech company is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join the Finance team and take part in managing core financial operations.

Hybrid model – two days from home.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, supporting all aspects of accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of Accounts Payable processes (local & international), including MASAV and multi-bank payments
• Maintain and analyze AP aging, including vendor reconciliations
• Lead month-end closing tasks: vendor accruals, prepaid tracking, reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
• Process employee expense reimbursements and manage related reconciliations
• Issue invoices for intercompany activity and fixed-asset sales
• Prepare and submit reports to authorities (VAT, Income Tax, Withholding Tax, etc.)
• Support external audits and assist with ad-hoc financial projects

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3
• 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper in high-tech companies-must
• Strong background in Accounts Payable
• Solid understanding of tax regulations and statutory reporting
• Experience with NetSuite – must
• Strong Excel skills
• High proficiency in English
