Operations Manager

We’re Kaleidoo, an innovative, dynamic, and fast-growing startup in the AI domain, operating in Israel and international markets. We’re developing a game-changing product, and now we’re looking for a superstar Operations Manager to lead and scale our day-to-day operations.

What you’ll do:

• Own and optimize operational processes across the company
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Work closely with R&D, Product, Sales, Finance
• Plan, manage, and control operational budgets with full responsibility
• Track KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience in operations / project management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with full responsibility for budget planning and financial control
