R&D Team Leader

Stable company providing custom HMI solutions, including cloud integration, communication capabilities, and software customization.

The company is based in the southern region of Israel, conveniently located near the train line.

Role:

• Manage a team of 7 engineers
• Approximately 70% hands-on in hardware development and PCB design
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams and clients in Israel and abroad
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Take end-to-end responsibility for product development, from concept to mass production (NPI

Requirements:

• BSc in Electronics Engineering
• 6 years of hardware development experience with deep technical expertise in electronic systems design
• Proven experience in bringing products to market, including NPI and transition to production
• Proven experience in managing hardware or multidisciplinary development teams
• Full proficiency in Altium Designer – mandatory, including handling schematics, layouts, libraries, and BOMs
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
