ILS Engineer for a Leading Defense Company – Yehud (Central Region)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented ILS Engineer to join a leading defense company in Yehud and take part in cutting-edge, complex projects. This is your opportunity to lead the Integrated Logistics Support domain and make a real impact in the defense industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead ILS activities across complex projects, working closely with Project Managers.
• Prepare product support documentation (ILSP) and define maintenance policies, spare parts, manuals, GSE, and training programs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, subcontractors, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Work with SAP and customer service portals: manage service notifications, orders, and inventory processes.
• Track items and repairs, handle current and future orders, and drive internal processes related to maintenance, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Write technical documents, analyze customer requirements, and participate in professional activities for ground systems.
• Support subcontractors with customer training programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory.
• Proven experience in ILS and customer communication – mandatory.
• Full proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Background in maintenance of defense systems, especially airborne systems – advantage.
• Strong command of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and ability to work independently.
