Information System Analyst

IAI’s MLM Division is looking for an Information System Analyst

to join its Missiles and Space Division.

The position includes:

• Analyzing and defining cross-organizational business processes to improve efficiency and operational performance

• Leading projects for the specification, selection, and implementation of enterprise information systems

• Collecting and analyzing business requirements from users and translating them into system requirements

• Writing functional and technical specification documents

• Ongoing collaboration with internal stakeholders, including managers, users, and IT teams, as well as external vendors, developers, and integrators

• Supporting development processes, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and leading system implementation phases

• Measuring and monitoring the implementation of new processes, driving continuous process improvement, and enhancing data quality

• Providing user support and handling operational issues or new requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or another relevant field- mandatory

• At least 3 years of experience in defining and implementing enterprise information systems- mandatory

• A strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex business processes

• Experience working with multiple organizational interfaces, including writing specification documents and supporting vendors or development teams

• Ability to lead processes with a systemic view and a high level of self-motivation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• A good level of English, including reading, writing, and technical communication skills

• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, or Oracle is an advantage

• Experience in project management or leading organizational change processes is an advantage
