Linux / LinuxRT (Real-Time) Engineer

If you’re the kind of engineer who enjoys getting Linux to “talk” to real hardware, debugging timing issues, and building real-time applications that actually behave in the real world — this one’s for you.

We’re looking for a Linux / LinuxRT (Real-Time) Engineer to join a hybrid lab environment working on hardware cards, simulators, real-time software, and HW/SW integration for advanced lab systems (including satellite lab environments).

What you’ll do:

• Develop / adapt Linux drivers (Kernel or User Space) for hardware cards
• Build interfaces & integrations a simulator
• Develop real-time applications (LinuxRT)
• Create software for an advanced lab environment
• Lead HW/SW integration in a hybrid lab setup

What we’re looking for (must-haves):

• B.Sc. in EE / Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience in Real-Time / Embedded Real-Time development in C / C++ / Python
• Experience with Linux / LinuxRT (Windows is a plus)
• Solid POSIX knowledge
• Comfortable with Makefiles
• Experience developing Kernel Drivers / User Space drivers on Linux
• Strong hardware orientation: working with test equipment, reading electrical schematics, and hands-on lab work

Bonus:

• Integration experience / system-level testing
