Financial Systems Manager

🔹 Financial Systems Specialist (NetSuite ERP) | Haifa 🔹

A global fintech company operating proprietary, technology-driven trading platforms is looking for a Financial Systems Specialist to join its Finance team in Haifa.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and ERP systems, with a strong focus on NetSuite ownership and optimization in a fast-growing, international environment.

• Lead the implementation, maintenance, and scaling of NetSuite ERP
• Manage data migrations, system integrations, upgrades, and customizations
• Own day-to-day NetSuite administration (roles, permissions, configurations, troubleshooting)
• Develop and standardize financial system processes, controls, and documentation
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide training and ongoing support to finance users
• Continuously improve financial systems to support business growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
• 2–4 years of hands-on NetSuite ERP experience
• Strong understanding of accounting processes (GL, COA, JEs, vendors, procurement)
• Experience with ERP implementations and system integrations
• CPA – an advantage
• Fluent English
• Excellent communication skills, strong ownership, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
