AI & Computer Vision Algorithm Developer

Agripass is growing and we are looking for an AI & Computer Vision Algorithm Developer with ~3 years of experience to join our growing AI team:

AI & Computer Vision Algorithm Developer

What You’ll Do:

Develop and optimize computer vision and AI algorithms for real-world agricultural systems

Design, fine-tune, and modify state-of-the-art deep learning architectures (CNNs, DNNs, transformer-based models)

Train and evaluate models for segmentation, detection, and classification

Apply algorithmic vision and geometry, including 3D reconstruction and depth estimation (advantage)

Analyze data, design experiments, and continuously improve model robustness and performance

Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and domain experts to deliver production-ready solutions

What should you have:

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Approximately 3 years of experience in AI, computer vision, or algorithm development

Strong understanding of state-of-the-art deep learning architectures, CNNs, and DNNs

Hands-on experience fine-tuning and adapting pretrained models

High coding skills with a strong emphasis on clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch

Solid understanding of computer vision fundamentals

Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical ideas and tradeoffs

Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving

Experience working with real-world, imperfect datasets

Advantage:

Experience with 3D vision, stereo, or geometric algorithms

Semantic or instance segmentation experience

Model optimization or deployment experience (ONNX, TensorRT)
