We’re looking for an Amazon Ads Team Lead to join a growing team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will manage and optimize complex, multi-portfolio Amazon advertising campaigns across dozens of products, while working closely with our Creative team to improve overall performance and results.

You will lead and mentor performance specialists, analyze large data sets, and drive strategic, data-driven decisions to scale our marketing efforts.

Requirements

• hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (must)

• Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads (strong advantage)

• Proven background in team leadership or managing performance specialists

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Excellent written and verbal English

• Independent, proactive, and strategic mindset
