This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer based in Israel, offering flexibility for some work to be conducted from home. The CFO will oversee financial operations, lead strategic financial planning, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing financial data, providing insight for business decisions, and coordinating with executive leadership to optimize overall company performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in structuring and implementing financial strategies to support organizational growth and profitability.

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance with extensive knowledge of financial strategies and systems
• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting with the ability to ensure compliance and transparency
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for interpreting data to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth
• Proven experience in team leadership and collaboration with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a CPA or MBA is highly preferred
• Experience in financial restructuring and process optimization is beneficial
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with a base in Israel
