Role Description

We are building an early-stage startup currently at MVP phase and looking for a Product Co-Founder / Product Partner to join at an early stage.

This is a partnership-oriented role, not a traditional job position. The focus is on building the product from zero, shaping product decisions together, and working closely on strategy, structure, and execution.

Strong communication is critical for this collaboration.

• Russian — required (primary language of communication)
• English — required
• Hebrew — required

While English and Hebrew are important for external communication and broader context, day-to-day collaboration and internal discussions will be conducted primarily in Russian.

• Defining product vision and direction
• Structuring and prioritizing features and roadmap
• Iterating on MVP based on feedback and validation
• Making product decisions collaboratively
