We are looking for a Human Resources Director to join the MRO Business Line within IAI’s Aviation Division.

The position includes:

• Managing the human capital function for the MRO business line

• Shaping and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with company objectives

• Designing and leading cross-organizational HR processes, including performance management, feedback, and employee retention

• Building and executing an annual HR work plan and ensuring delivery against defined goals

• Accompanying employees throughout their entire organizational lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

• Identifying organizational needs and leading tailored HR solutions to support business targets

• Providing ongoing HR consultation and strategic partnership to managers

• Supporting and leading organizational change processes

• Working with multiple, complex interfaces, including senior management and employee committees

What we are looking for:

Mandatory Requirements

• Israeli citizenship – required

• Academic degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Consulting, Sociology, or Psychology – required

• At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Domain / HRBP in an organization with 300+ employees – required

• Proven managerial experience in areas such as human capital development and retention, recruitment and mobility, employee lifecycle management, organizational development, performance evaluation, and HR budgeting and training programs

• Experience working closely with senior management

• Experience in building, managing, and executing work plans while meeting business objectives

• High-level verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew

• Fluent English
