Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Introduction Engineer based in Kfar Saba. The engineer will oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring a seamless transition from design and development to production. Responsibilities include coordinating with the R&D and production teams, managing processes related to testing and validation, and ensuring product readiness for market. The role also involves analyzing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing product launch workflows to meet high-quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Experience in New Product Introduction in the Medical field
• Project Management skills with a focus on overseeing timelines and deliverables
• Proficiency in Testing and quality assurance for product launches for medical devices
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally
• Background in engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable
• Familiarity with medical devices or experience in the healthcare industry is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field
