Chief Financial Officer

Job Overview: 

We are looking for an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will spearhead the organization's financial strategy, ensuring fiscal health and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

• Financial Strategy Leadership: Spearhead the organization's financial strategy, including the formulation of budgets, forecasting, financial control, and advanced data analysis.
• Comprehensive Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the organization, including responsibility for financial statements, budget planning and control, cash flow management, banking relations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Process Optimization: Drive efficiency by streamlining financial and operational processes across the organization.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level support and guidance to the executive management team to facilitate data-driven business and strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage ongoing relationships with external auditors, the Board of Directors, shareholders/owners, and regulatory bodies.
• Insurance Management: Oversee and manage the company’s entire insurance portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the finance department and administrative staff.

Education: 

• CPA certification is mandatory. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience as a CFO in an organization with a minimum of 400 employees – Must.
• Proven experience in financial management within the Real Estate / Asset Management sector – Must.

• Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the capital market and the regulatory environment.
• Technical Expertise: Full mastery of financial reporting, controlling, and auditing.
• Analytical Skills: High-level analytical capabilities with a systemic and strategic viewpoint.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Language: High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
