Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer

We are a fast-moving and highly technology company in Rehovot, with a small and agile SW team.
Our software and algorithms are at the core of our R&D and have a direct impact on the product and on customers’ decisions.

We are looking for a Senior Algorithm Engineer who enjoys solving hard problems, is comfortable working independently, and wants to own complete algorithmic solutions end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role with real influence over product direction, architecture, and performance.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop advanced algorithms combining classical mathematical approaches with AI-based image and video processing.
• Lead end-to-end algorithm development, from research and prototyping to production-level implementation.
• Define and implement data collection, characterization, and labeling methodologies.
• Work on complex, multidisciplinary systems, involving software, algorithms, and system-level constraints.
• Take full technical ownership of your solutions and their impact on the product.

Requirements:
• Academic degree from a recognized university in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics - a must.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in algorithm development.
• Strong, hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
• Proven experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Excellent Python skills.
• Solid background in Signal Processing.
• Experience working on complex systems.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
