Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Ramat Gan, offering the flexibility of partial work from home. As an Experienced Claims Adjuster in the field of tort law, the candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving claims, performing in-depth reviews of medical cases, and collaborating with medical experts to prepare reasoned conclusions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in legal documentation, providing timely communication with clients, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong legal expertise in tort law with proven claims adjustment experience and in-depth understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
• Exceptional research, analytical skills, and attention to detail to review complex medical and legal documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with legal clients, medical professionals, and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in drafting clear and accurate legal documentation, conclusions, and statements.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while maintaining deadlines and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and case evaluations is highly advantageous.
• Holder of a law degree with active and valid licensure to practice law.
