Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting with desktop computer setups and maintenance. The specialist will address help desk service requests, ensure system efficiency, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support operations
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Experience with Desktop Computers and knowledge of related hardware and software
• Solid understanding of Information Technology and IT systems
• Ability to manage tasks in an organized and timely manner
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications or a degree in IT or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a support role is preferred
