About the Role

Grove Ventures is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and support hands-on content creation, design, website management and optimizing those activities to improve performance and processes. This role blends creativity, technology, and storytelling, with direct exposure to the startup and venture capital ecosystem.

You’re excited by innovation and automation -  but you also care deeply about craft, clarity, and results. You’re comfortable juggling priorities, moving fast, and taking ownership in a small team.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and optimize Grove’s website with a focus on SEO and GEO 
• Manage Grove’s social media - daily post creation and growing our community & engagement
• Managing content creation and design, including articles, reports, presentations, videos, newsletters, and website materials
• Manage email marketing via Hubspot platform (newsletters, announcements etc.) 
• Measurement & performance - own, monitor, and report on performance metrics across organic channels;  translate insights into clear action
• Community & events - support planning and execution of events and meetups, including logistics, promotion, and post-event content
• Test new tools and approaches to improve quality, speed, and output consistency

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of experience in content marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a similar role
• Strong interest in marketing, technology, startups, and AI
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Creative, curious, and excited to learn quickly
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate in a small team

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Canva,, Figma, or video editing tools
• Experience using AI platforms in content workflows
• Analytics and reporting skills (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets)
