Role Description

This is a Part-time hybrid role as freelancer. The Operations & Supply Chain Performance Improvement Consultant will collaborate with client teams to optimize business operations, enhance supply chain performance, and lead process improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include analyzing current operational workflows, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, implementing action plans, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The Consultant will also guide stakeholders through change management practices, ensuring sustainable solutions are effectively implemented.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Performance Improvement methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving expertise
• 15+ years of Experience in Management positions
• Proven ability to execute strategic initiatives in Consulting roles
• Knowledge of supply chain optimization, Lean processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
