🚀 CTO | Founding Technology Leader (Construction-Tech SaaS)

We are looking for a hands-on CTO to build and lead a new technology division from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to design, architect, and deliver SaaS products that combine automation, AI, and advanced data analytics, leveraging real-time operational and transactional data from large-scale construction activity.

• Full ownership of technology selection, system architecture, and engineering strategy
• Building and leading the development team from scratch
• Designing distributed, high-performance systems at scale
• Developing products that integrate automation, AI, and data platforms
• Solving complex challenges involving legacy and closed systems
• Acting as a founding technology leader with end-to-end responsibility

• Proven experience designing distributed systems for high connectivity and performance
• Experience with scale-out infrastructures and high-load environments
• Strong background in parallel processing systems with low latency
• Hands-on experience in Web Automation & Reverse Engineering
• Expertise in web scraping (Playwright / Puppeteer)
• Deep understanding of web protocols, WebSockets, and traffic analysis
• Ability to integrate with legacy systems and solve complex technical problems
