Projects & Automation Manager

We are looking for a Projects & Automation Manager to lead and optimize key operational and technological processes across the organization. This role combines project management, CRM, Monday, and other systems ownership and continuous efficiency projects lead, using automations and AI solutions.

• Responsibilities:
• Build and support the candidate screening and selection processes for Elevation’s technology training programs
• Own and manage the company’s information systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability
• Lead process optimization initiatives across operations using no-code automations and AI tools
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

Must Have

• BCs. Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems, or a degree in Information Systems Engineering.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems thinking.
• Experience or familiarity with No-Code / Low-Code platforms – Zapier is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work and learn independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, improvement-oriented approach.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
