💼 The Role: Postal Project Manager

📍 Location: Umm al-Fahm

We’re looking for a Postal Project Manager to lead and scale HAAT’s strategic partnership with Israel Post.

This is a build-from-zero role with full ownership — from setting up operational hubs across multiple cities to managing teams, processes, budgets, and delivery performance nationwide.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between HAAT Delivery and Israel Post.

• Build and lead the project end-to-end, defining operational needs, workflows, roles, and resources.

• Identify, rent, and prepare operational hubs in multiple cities based on growth and demand.

• Recruit, train, and manage operational teams across sites.

• Oversee the full parcel lifecycle: receiving, sorting, storage, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.

• Manage couriers when required and ensure operational excellence on the ground.

• Continuously optimize processes and build scalable, repeatable workflows.

• Own and manage the project’s budget, ensuring efficiency and cost control.

• Work closely with tech teams to develop and improve operational and digital systems.

• Ensure SLAs, delivery speed, and service quality are consistently met.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in project management or operations management.

• Strong background in logistics, delivery services, or large-scale operational environments.

• Proven experience building and scaling greenfield projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make fast, informed operational decisions.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with digital and operational systems.
