🚀 We’re not “dreaming” about a solution — we’re already past validation, with successful pilots and paying customers. Now, we’re looking for the third pillar: a technology partner to help lead a revolution in a ₪23B annual market.

• Building a product from scratch ($0 → 1) and leading development from MVP to Production.
• Transforming an existing system into a full end-to-end platform based on a finalized specification.
• Owning and leading the technological architecture as the venture’s sole professional authority.
• Working closely with the founders (experienced real estate entrepreneurs) in a bootstrapped venture with strong financial backing.
• Taking full responsibility for scale and development management in a fast-moving startup environment.

• 5–7+ years of hands-on development experience — mandatory.
• Full mastery of Python and experience designing complex architectures.
• Proven experience leading products from idea to real-world deployment.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and video processing — a significant advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to operate in ambiguous environments, and a strong drive to create real impact.

• This role is for a long-term partner, equity-based only at this stage.
• Complete technological freedom within a venture targeting a massive market.
• Flexible hybrid work model, based in the Sharon region.
• Status: Execution Ready — specs are complete and development starts immediately.
