We are growing and looking for a hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Manager, someone creative, strategic, and execution-focused, ready to drive measurable growth.
This role combines strategic ownership with day-to-day execution. While there is a managerial aspect, it is first and foremost a hands-on role, responsible for building scalable growth foundations before potentially growing into a larger marketing team. The position plays a key role in shaping brand, demand, and revenue growth, with clear ownership over demand generation, funnel optimization, and lead generation.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow the company’s digital growth channels across social media, website, and additional digital channels.
- Build and execute growth marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaign results.
- Design and build landing pages, sales pages, and growth-focused marketing creatives.
- Manage and grow the email marketing program, including newsletters and automations.
- Write clear, engaging copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
- Integrate and automate workflows using tools such as Zapier and Make.
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with digital and growth marketing tools and platforms, required.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new systems independently.
- A strong eye for design and visual communication.
- Proven experience building and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Excellent English marketing copywriting skills, required.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets, a strong advantage.
- Background in marketing or advertising agencies, an advantage.
- Familiarity with WordPress or Wix, an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives.

- Full-time on-site position (Sunday-Thursday).
- Office location: Ra'anana (near train station).
- Close collaboration with company leadership and CEO.
- Start date: ASAP.
