As a AI Lead at Motiv8AI, you will play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to the development of behavioral analysis models that revolutionize the financial industry. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in introducing new methods and research approaches for solving complex problems, curious and hands-on.

As an integral member of our startup, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of our AI strategy and drive innovation in this exciting field.

Our offices located in Ramat Gan (Diamond District), Israel, near public transport and rail station. We work hybrid – 3 days from the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop AI and ML activity and research in Motiv8AI, innovate and shape our solution.
• Collaborate with our team of researchers and the development team to design and implement advanced AI and ML models that integrate behavioral research insights, targeted to the financial market.
• Utilize statistical methodologies and out-of-the-box thinking to extract meaningful features and uncover hidden patterns in large datasets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and deploy scalable algorithms to analyze vast amounts of data and provide actionable insights for our clients.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing models to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Advocate our technology to data executives. Understanding their needs from a technological, business and compliance perspective, and tailor our solution accordingly as needed.
• Lead and develop the entire spectrum of AI and data engineering resources, both internal and external. By embracing this pivotal role, you will empower our journey to elevate AI-driven innovation, and a future growing team.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (M.Sc., Ph.D.) in Computer Science or a related field-must.
• Proven 7 to 10 years of experience in leading development of AI and ML models with a strong track record of achieving desired results. Profound experience in building and leading a team of data scientists.
• Must have strong experience using a variety of algorithms and data analysis methods.
• Experience in deploying ML models to production.
• Proven record in supporting AI-based products, end to end: translating business ideas to algorithmic pipelines, feature extraction, modeling and model optimization and productization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Experience in industries such as gaming, financial, or economic sectors is highly desirable.
• High proficiency in Python.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• A passion for staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI and data science.
• Prior experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
