Over 3 years of experience as a DBA team manager in an Enterprise organization
Planning ability, broad perspective and multidisciplinary understanding
Proven experience in both application and infrastructure
Experience in diagnosing and solving performance problems - mandatory
Availability for faults 24/7 (from home, rarely)

Support for users in the production environment, and developers in the test environments.
