Company Controller

🎗️🎗️A successful and fast-growing fintech company is looking for a Company Controller for a strategic, cross-functional role, reporting directly to the CFO and playing a key role in shaping the company’s financial and business processes.

This position combines hands-on ownership of the accounting function with true partnership in decision-making, building advanced financial infrastructure, and supporting the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the company’s accounting function, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Act as a strategic finance partner and right hand to the CFO
• Lead and manage the accounting and payroll teams
• Deliver advanced financial and business analysis to support decision-making
• Build and implement financial infrastructure, BI tools, and control processes
• Support Due Diligence, M&A, and strategic growth initiatives

Offices in Tel Aviv (near the train), hybrid work model

Requirements:

• Certified CPA – mandatory
• Internship at one of the Big 4 accounting firms – mandatory
• Proven experience managing accounting and payroll functions
• Strong experience in business and financial analysis at product and business-unit levels
• Experience implementing BI systems or advanced financial systems
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with senior management
• Strong business mindset, attention to detail, and end-to-end process ownership
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
• Previous experience in a senior controllership role within a High-Tech company – mandatory
• Experience supporting Due Diligence, M&A, or acquisition processes – advantage
