Director of Content and Marketing

This is a full-time role for an experienced Director of Media and Content with a background in Israel or Jewish news.

The role is responsible for setting strategic direction and working at a senior level to support department heads in producing high-quality, impactful content that grows audiences globally.

The Director of Media and Content will provide strategic oversight across channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals.

The role also includes responsibility for budget management and resource planning to ensure teams are appropriately supported to meet current and future demands.

Experience Required

• Proven experience working in a news environment
• Demonstrated experience in video production
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, with expertise in curating, managing, and optimizing engaging content
• Solid senior leadership experience, including in supporting and developing senior team members
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of issues related to Israel or the diaspora.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
