Platform Engineer

We are building a groundbreaking open-source platform that removes this friction. By utilizing advanced eBPF technology, our solution automatically generates distributed traces for any application without requiring a single line of code change from the developer. We are making deep system insights instant and effortless.

What You’ll Do

• Core Development: Design and scale our open-source and enterprise-grade products, focusing heavily on building sophisticated Kubernetes Operators using Go.
• Infrastructure Integration: Develop and maintain library instrumentations to ensure seamless data flow and distributed tracing across diverse cloud-native environments.
• Customer Success: Partner with clients to solve complex technical hurdles and ensure our platform exceeds their operational requirements.
• Community Engagement: Act as a key contributor to our growing open-source community, fostering adoption and gathering feedback from developers worldwide.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Backend Engineering.
• High proficiency in Go (preferred), Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and developing K8s Operators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in Go for production-level systems.
• Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem and modern monitoring frameworks.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex microservices architectures and distributed systems.
