Experienced CFO | In-office | Bet Shemesh

Location: Har Tuv | Bet Shemesh – From Office

Ephoca is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead our accounting, bookkeeping, expense management, and reporting functions. This is a critical role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to manage day-to-day financial operations while supporting leadership with clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company financials in Zoho Books, including reconciliations, invoicing, and general ledger accuracy.
• Oversee all expenses: review, approve, categorize, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Handle U.S. tax filings and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Work with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors as needed.
• Oversee Israel operations, including local bookkeeping, filing, compliance, and reporting.
• Support cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Implement internal controls and streamline financial processes.

Qualifications

• CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and tax compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in expense management and financial reporting.
• International accounting experience (Israel a strong plus).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on role.
• Able to work from office and collaborate closely with the leadership team.
