Group Controller

We are looking for a talented and driven Controller to join our team in a challenging and impactful role.

This position combines advanced accounting expertise with strong business acumen.

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Manage all accounting-related matters for the group, including the preparation and review of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements and tax reports.
• Oversee the financial statements, tax reports, and ongoing operations of the holding company, while liaising with external auditors.
• Lead financial efficiency initiatives across the group.
• Supervise and manage the group’s consolidated cash flow.
• Streamline and synchronize cross-functional workflows to enhance productivity.
• Oversee the group’s insurance frameworks.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.

What We’re Looking For?

• 2-3 years of experience as a Controller in a mid-size or large organization – mandatory.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading a team – mandatory.
• Internship experience at one of the Big 5 accounting firms – a significant advantage.
• Previous work with senior management.
• Ability to think strategically and maintain a broad organizational perspective.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects effectively.
