Global Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to own and lead our global hiring activity. This role combines hands on recruitment, building scalable global processes, and close partnership with the business, with a real impact on how the organization grows.

What you will do

• Lead global recruitment activity across multiple regions and business units

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews and offers

• Build, implement, and scale global talent acquisition processes and best practices

• Own and optimize our ATS (Comeet), including workflows, reporting, data quality, and adoption

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders in a global matrix organization

• Use data and insights to drive better hiring decisions, efficiency, and candidate experience

• Recruit across diverse roles including technology, operations, culinary, headquarters, and

frontline positions.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience leading end to end recruitment in global, high growth organizations

• Hands on experience supporting multi region hiring at scale

• Strong ownership of recruiting systems, ATS platforms, and operational excellence

• Data driven approach with experience leveraging data, metrics, and insights to improve

outcomes

• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix and global environment

• Passion for people, candidate experience, and business impact

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, or service driven environments - an

advantage.
