EUC support engineer

Locations:
1. Hadar Mall, General Pierre Koenig St 26, Jerusalem, Israel
2. Gilboa St 1, Nof HaGalil, Israel

*Requirement:*
* EUC L1–L2 technical support experience
* Onsite support

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and applications
- Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, Decommission)
- Support Active Directory tasks (user account creation, password resets, group access)
- Handle Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams related issues
- Provide network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN – basic level)
- Coordinate with L3 / vendor teams for unresolved issues
- Maintain ticket updates and documentation as per SLA
- Provide onsite support at the assigned client location
