Engineering Team Leader

🚀 Ready to lead with impact? We're hiring an Engineering Team Leader to guide a talented group of planners and drive complex projects forward.

🔧 What you'll do:

* Provide daily professional leadership and mentorship to the planning team

* Coordinate and implement architectural, engineering, and operational requirements

* Manage the planning process: prioritize tasks, monitor timelines, outputs, manpower, and budget

* Create and maintain project planning Gantt charts

* Develop the team’s technical knowledge, with a focus on envelope detailing and cross-discipline coordination

🎓 What you bring:

* Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Practical Engineering

* Experience in architectural or structural engineering firms – a strong advantage

* High technical and planning proficiency, including reading architectural and execution drawings

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid (or equivalent planning tools)

* Experience in the aluminum industry – a plus
