Job Description

• Work with multiple external stakeholders, including headquarters units, government ministries, development companies, and more.
• Serve as a Scrum Master for heterogeneous Scrum teams, including hands-on work with tools such as Azure DevOps (ALM).
• Responsibility for team integration, task management, User Stories, Features, Delivery Plans, and building Sprints and PIs.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure continuous project progress.
• Report to management and present ongoing sprint status updates, including raising flags when needed.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations as required.
• Technical understanding of high-level specifications and the ability to analyze solutions.

Job Requirements

• Relevant education.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and controlling technological projects.
• Experience in matrix management within Agile projects as a Scrum Master.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience in vendor–client projects.
• Experience working in large organizations.
