This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Product Manager will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital products to enhance the user experience and meet company goals. Responsibilities include conducting research to understand user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, tracking KPIs, managing project timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Proven experience in Product Management, including creating product roadmaps and managing lifecycles
• Strong skills in User Research, Data Analysis, and defining product specifications
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv District, Israel
• Experience in digital media, publishing, or related industries is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English is required
