Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Specialist, based in Kfar Saba with the flexibility to work from home and customers sites. The IT Specialist will manage and maintain customers IT systems (servers, endpoints, firewalls, switches, backup & DR), troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the security of IT systems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving system and network issues, providing support for IT services, and implementing and monitoring network devices. The ideal candidate will deliver a high standard of customer service by effectively assisting clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven abilities of self learning - MUST.
• Proficiency in Endpoints, Servers and Network Administration and deployment.
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Basic knowledge of Network Security principles and practices.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities and effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, managing both on-site and remote tasks
• Relevant certifications in the IT and/or Information Security echo system.
• Available for remote IT support after working hours - only in special occasions.
