Back End Engineer

A profitable cybersecurity startup currently recognized as a unicorn.

The company provides large organizations worldwide with biometric-based risk identification and management solutions, enabling them to design the user authentication experience and eliminate password usage entirely.

Based in Tel Aviv (train-accessible), the company operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days, employs several hundred people, and is in a phase of significant growth.

The role:

• Work as part of a development team of 7 engineers
• Develop the company’s core product in Scala, enabling customized authentication processes for strategic B2B clients
• Contribute to high-impact features affecting critical end-users
• Work on high-scale systems across multiple cloud environments (all three major cloud providers)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven experience developing a multi-service platform for scale
• Strong, proven architectural and design skills
• Experienced with complex system design
• Experienced with either Scala, Java, or C#
• Good written & verbal communication in English
