Data Scientist

A startup operating in the Automotive domain, providing a cloud platform for cybersecurity and data analytics.

The company is based in central Israel near the train station, operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week, most of whom are in Israel.

Following a Series C funding round of hundreds of millions of dollars, the company is highly stable and backed by strategic investors from the automotive industry, with paying clients already in place.

The role –

• Work as part of the Data Science team developing algorithms for cybersecurity and quality challenges
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques on tabular, sequential, and time-series data
• Focus on anomaly detection and related data-driven solutions
• Code in Python using Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SciPy, and Scikit-learn
• Take models from research through production deployment
• Handle core Data Science tasks including:
• Data cleansing and feature engineering
• Model tuning and evaluation
• Mathematical and statistical analysis
• Machine learning and deep learning model development
• Data mining and extracting actionable insights

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience with Python libraries: Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Master’s degree preferred
