Google Ads Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Google Ads Manager with a strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in performance marketing, and the ability to lead and scale Google Ads campaigns at large scale, taking direct ownership of growth and business results.

This role is designed for professionals who not only excel at day-to-day optimization, but also understand the full system, manage significant budgets, and take full responsibility for core performance KPIs.

• Lead the strategy and performance of Google Ads across the entire ecosystem (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube).
• Design efficient account structures, bidding strategies, and sustainable scaling plans.
• Manage and optimize key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, LTV, and CAC.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify growth opportunities and resolve performance challenges.
• Oversee and optimize tracking, conversion measurement, and attribution models.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Tech, and Data teams to optimize the entire conversion funnel.
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of Google Ads Specialists and junior team members.
• Prepare performance reports and propose growth strategies and plans for leadership or clients.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with Google Ads, ideally managing large advertising budgets.
• Experience scaling multiple accounts or working in agency environments.
• Strong expertise in bidding strategies, Quality Score optimization, tracking, and attribution.
• Highly data-driven approach with decision-making based on real performance results.
• Ability to work independently with full ownership of KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
