Transcriber (English/ Spanish/ Portuguese/ French/ Italian/ Russian/ Arabic to English)

An international business intelligence firm with offices in Tel Aviv is looking to recruit a full-time Transcriber. The firm engages in complex multinational litigation and provides strategic services to some of the world’s leading businessmen and companies.

In this role, you will mainly transcribe audio materials and translate written text to English and will be part of a team that works on challenging international projects

Requirements:

• Excellent oral, writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English & another language

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle deadline pressures and multitasking

• Tech-savvy

• Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed; ability to transcribe challenging audio recordings quickly and accurately

• High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment

• Curiosity, motivation, and ability to learn new things, highly creative (constantly thinking outside the box)

• High level of professional discretion, responsibility, and confidentiality

• Ability to learn and master existing and new programs quickly

Advantages:

• Previous experience in the transcription industry (military service/ court reporting/ academic transcription)

• Linguistic background (academic studies/ translator)

• Experience in video/sound editing

• Additional languages/bilinguals (Portuguese/ Spanish/ Russian/ etc.)
