Principal Product Manager

The Role

We are looking for a visionary Cybersecurity Product Manager to spearhead the definition, planning, and execution of innovative features within our security suite. You will be at the forefront of tackling complex web-borne risks and shaping the future of workspace protection.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals and market demands.
• Customer Insights: Engage directly with CISOs and security stakeholders to translate their pain points into high-impact product requirements.
• Market Intelligence: Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities for innovation.
• Data-Driven Growth: Utilize product metrics and user feedback to optimize adoption, retention, and the overall user journey.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept and PRDs to successful market launch.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, high-quality security solutions.
• Product Advocacy: Act as a technical evangelist, communicating the product's value proposition to internal teams and the global market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, specifically within the cybersecurity domain.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Proven track record in Network Security or AI-driven Security solutions.
• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex technical environments.
• Agile Leadership: Extensive experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional squads.
• Startup DNA: Thrives in high-growth, fast-paced settings; ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong Communication: Fluency in articulating technical concepts to both engineering teams and executive leadership.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
