Talent Acquisition Specialist

A leading technology solutions provider in the Israeli market, is looking for a passionate team player to join our Recruitment Department as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description:

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes for technological positions.
• Understanding the hiring needs of various departments and translating them into effective and focused recruitment processes.
• Screening resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and managing selection and evaluation processes.
• Ongoing collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle and creating a positive candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for technological recruitment.
• Strong familiarity with the technology job market and understanding of recruitment processes for technical roles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience working with recruitment systems and tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hunter, etc.).
• Excellent negotiation skills and outstanding interpersonal communication abilities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Psychology – an advantage.
