Role Purpose

Support the sales and commercial teams, manage internal sales processes, and gradually grow into an independent sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare sales presentations and proposals; work with CRM systems

Coordinate meetings, follow up on tasks, and maintain sales processes

Collaborate with Recruitment, Delivery, Technology, and Management teams

Handle inbound leads, perform initial qualification, and join sales meetings (shadowing)

Candidate Profile

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Operations, Recruitment, or Customer Service

Advantage for B2B or technology background

Strong organizational skills; proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides, CRM, and Excel

Fluent Hebrew and good English

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, or Business Administration – advantage
