FP&A Team Lead

Leading Telecom Company in Rosh HaAyin is looking for FP&A Team Lead to take the company’s financial planning, analysis, and control activities to the next level. This is a senior role with broad responsibility, close interaction with executive management, and leadership of a team of economists/financial analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial forecasts
• Preparation of monthly management reports, rolling forecasts, and ongoing financial controls
• Development of complex business plans
• Execution of profitability analyses, feasibility studies, and company valuations
• Ongoing collaboration with senior executives and presentation of financial materials to top management
• Management and professional development of a team of financial analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics – mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior Economist, FP&A Manager, or similar financial leadership role – mandatory
• Strong knowledge and deep understanding of financial statements of publicly traded companies
• Proven experience in complex profitability and feasibility analyses, budgeting, and financial control
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced-level Excel – mandatory
• Experience with BI systems and SQL – an advantage
• High analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, ability to work under pressure, high level of commitment, and strong system-wide perspective
