SEO & Digital Growth Manager (AI Search Focus)

JobTestPrep is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Manager (AI Search Focus) to take full ownership of the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of our core products. You will be the ultimate driver of success for your assigned products, with organic search and technical SEO being key levers for your revenue growth targets.

Position Description

• Full Product Marketing Ownership: Take complete strategic and tactical responsibility for the marketing success of your assigned product portfolio. Your ultimate goal is to maximize sales and revenue for these products.
• Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive significant customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Performance Marketing & Channel Management: Work hands-on with our existing paid channels, including Paid Search and Social Media, to push your product's performance and explore new platforms continually.
• Analyze user behavior and the customer journey to identify and prioritize opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
• Develop, execute, and analyze A/B testing and multivariate testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and overall user experience.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and drive sales.
• Create and optimize high-quality content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms.
• Maintain and improve overall site health, with hands-on ownership of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Optimize pages and content to improve conversion rates, engagement, and user intent alignment.
• Track and improve key organic KPIs, including traffic, rankings, AI visibility, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact.
• Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO and CRO improvements.

Position Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO / Organic Growth.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
• Proven ability to write and optimize content with a focus on conversion and user intent.
• Data-driven mindset and experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI-driven search and AISO.
• Content Creation: Proven ability to rapidly produce engaging marketing content, including visual concepts and basic video treatments, that drives channel performance.
• Demonstrated success in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Experience in leveraging AI/automation for marketing performance.
• Knowledge of managing and optimizing Paid Search and Social Media campaigns.
• Excellent Communication: Good copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to maintain the brand's helpful, expert, and professional voice. Native-level English is a must.
