QMS Quality Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and leading the implementation process of a new computerized QMS (Quality Management System) on behalf of the Quality Unit, including modules for Documents (DMS), Training Management (LMS), and Quality Management (QMS).
• Leading the development of work processes in the new system.
• Act as the Quality Unit’s representative on the project team.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead updates to procedures, forms, and documentation to ensure alignment with the new platform.
• Organize and deliver user training sessions.
• Track the progress and adoption of the QMS after implementation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Quality Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Professional Experience:
• Minimum of five years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational projects.
• Previous experience with the implementation of computerized QMS is considered an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to communicate clearly across various teams.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.

Position Details: Full-time role based in Beit Kama; occasional presence required in Rehovot
