A successful Israeli startup developing a SaaS product for digital sales management. The B2B2C platform is designed for sales professionals.
The company is based in central Israel, operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week, and currently employs 200 people.
Founded over a decade ago, the company has raised tens of millions of dollars, led by a leading venture capital firm.
The role:
- Report to the Team Lead and join a small frontend-backend collaboration team
- Work on backend development in Java
- Contribute to the performance and scalability of the company’s core platform
- Operate in a highly autonomous and independent team environment
- Technology stack includes Microservices, Java 17, MySQL, Azure, and AWS
Requirements:
- 6 years of overall development experience
- 2 years of Java/Kotlin experience (recent role)
- Hands-on experience with Cloud environments
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Strong database experience – MySQL, SQL, and PostgreSQL are mandatory
